Azia’s House
Azia celebrated her birthday on Friday evening. She had lots of family and friends. It was hot so the kids played in the sprinklers and pools and Azia enjoyed being the center of all the fun.

We had shishkabobs and hamburgers and watermelon for dinner outside amid the swimming and cake and presents. It was almost cool enough by seven to enjoy the evening.
Some of the kids help Azia blow out the candles (and then begin eating pieces off the cake.)
Jenna helped Azia open some of her presents.
And of course there was a pinata. And of course the hook came off before the pinata actually broke open. We still haven’t been able to convince most of the kids that it really can be a birthday without a pinata but some of the littlest ones are getting pretty good with a bat. Myabe at least we’ll have a pretty solid family baseball team in another 10 years.
Azia even had some friends stay all night. Even at 11pm they were all still enjoying all Azia’s new presents: Destiny, Breeze, (princess) Azia & Jenna.
