Michael and Chuck and I hiked up St.Mary’s Peak for some spring snowboarding.

It was raining for the first couple of hours. It felt nice untill we started getting into the snow. Then all the wet clothes weren’t very comfortable.

We found some trees to hundle under to escape the wind, where we put some dry clothes on and cooked some stew.

As we were eating lunch the rain and clouds and fog began to break up.

It felt good to rest for a moment.

The sun came out for a while and we actually got to do some snowboarding.

When we saw the clouds rolling back in we decided to head down for the day.

Michael and Deva, Chuck and Sarah, and Christina and I spent the last few days of June and the first part of July at Twin Lakes, along with Jerimiah and all the kids.

When we got there Chuck had already rigged a rope swing for the kids to play on while we were in camp.

The fishing wasn’t very good in the lakes, except for these suckers that we were snagging under the rope swing.

One day all the boys went fishing up in the North Fork. The boys mosty climbed rocks and explored, though Bryce did manage to catch a fish.

The girls stayed around camp picking flowers and doing other girl stuff.

Chuck and Michael and I made a swing for the bigger kids.

There was also plenty of time to relax and hang out in camp.
