After taking a break from baseball lst year Israel has moved on from T-ball. Kind of. He is the youngest, smallest, and most inexperienced person on the Mission Yankees minor team this year.
After getting up to bat left-handed (he said he knew it was wrong but “the goalie told him to” ) and then getting redirected to right field (he stoped at first base) he seemed to be figuring things out.
But I’m sure his presence had a lot to do with his teams 10-2 win over Ronan. After this first 135 minute game, I’m thinking this may be a long season.
