Everyone was busy on the Fourth in Montana, too. Most people went down to the parade in Arlee, spent some time at the PowWow (eating some food from Janice’s stand) went swimming at the Dam in the 100 degree weather, went to the movie (where the air conditioning was as enjoyable as the movie) and ended the evening with fireworks down in Missoula at the mall.

Azia and Pailsey showed up at the parade dressed as twins.

The kids waited for the parade to start at the Arlee school playground--right next to our new parade watching spot since they changed the route off the highway. Azia and Zoran liked this climbing thing the best.

All the kids wanted to buy everything at the powwow. Or actually they all wanted me or Gwen to buy them everything.

At the end of the evening most people went down to Missoula to watch the fireworks at the mall. They had music and entertainment before dark and then they had a pretty impressive 20 minute show of music and fireworks.
