New York City Continued
We did a whole lot of walking on Saturday and Sunday. My feet were sore, but it was sure a lot more fun to see the city on foot. We got some pictures of the Manhattan temple and Central Park, but I’m having trouble with them, so hopefully I’ll get them up later.

Dylan enjoyed the little bit of downtime we had in the hotel. He played a few video games and showed off his new Oscar the Grouch hat.

This a view of the Empire State Building from Chelsea Piers. Its farther than it looks!

The Chrysler Building is by far my favorite building in Manhattan. Its simply gorgeous, inside and out.

The Central Park carriage ride was as fun as it sounds, and a welcome break after being on our feet for 6 hours!

The views of Times Square and the Chrysler building from the 102nd floor of the Empire State Building. After waiting in line for more than an hour, I started to wonder just how much I cared about seeing the city from above, but it ended up being well worth it. It was pretty incredible (the pictures really can’t do it justice).

Dylan enjoys a tasty lemon for dinner on our way out of town.
