Kids Hiking Trip
Bryce had been asking me when he would be big enough to climb big mountains, so we decided to take the family (including Azia) for a walk up to some cliffs at the base of the Missions. It was really cold that morning so I made sure all of the kids had lots of warm layers on before we left.

On the drive up to the trail head the sun came out and it ended up being nice out for a few hours. The kids were cursing me for making them wear so many clothes. We had to take a break here in the meadow at the bottom of the cliffs so everyone could shed some layers.

It was so nice out that Jenna decided to go barefoot the rest of the way. The youngest two boys needed a little help. Isaac got to ride the whole way. Bryce walked most of the way by himself.

Everyone made it to the top of the cliffs and we took a few moments to bask in the sunlight and enjoy the view.

Bryce realizes he IS big enough to climb big mountains.
