Snow White & the 7 Dwarfs & Gage the Bat & Israel the King

It’s Israel’s favorite time of year--Missoula Children’s Theater was in town. This year they did their own version of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. About 80 kids tried out Monday for the 50 parts they were casting, and both Gage and Israel tried out and got parts. Gage was a bat and Israel was King Backwards. They practiced every night, some days from 3:30-8:00 and then had performances Friday afternoon and evening.

Gage was a frightening forest bat who showcased his dancing and singing skills. He was also very well disguised under his bat hood. I had a hard time keeping track of him to get any photos.
