Guidelines for journal or blog entries
  Use paragraph form!

Entries that do not follow the following three guidelines will get no credit:

1. Write in paragraph form. Each paragraph should state an idea (topic sentence) and then expand on that idea (development).

2. Misspelled words are not acceptable. If you don’t know how to spell a word, look it up. If you are writing on a blog, spell check before publishing.

3. Run-on sentences and sentence fragments are unacceptable.
